- Platform Identifiers: Anonymous IDs generated by WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Telegram to dynamically link chat histories to your dashboard.
- Academic Performance Data: Custom quiz scores, daily challenge responses, and homework query histories. This helps Eluvi personalize revision guides and flashcards.
2. How We Use Your Information
Eluvi uses student data exclusively to optimize learning outcomes. We do not sell or share student details with advertising networks or third-party marketing companies. Data is used to:
- Provide instant, localized answers to academic queries on WhatsApp, Messenger, and Telegram.
- Track progress scores to generate leaderboard rankings and display personal success graphs.
- Enable educational institutions/administrators to review student analytics via the secured Admin Portal.
3. Data Security & Hosting
Student data is housed securely inside **Google Cloud and Firebase Firestore** infrastructures. Authentication is managed using industrial-grade protocols (Firebase Auth) to verify accounts and dashboards. All webhook queries from chat channels are encrypted inside HTTPS pipelines during transit.
